The program “Life abilities” as a methodic instrument of organization of making-ready convicted for discharge (by the example of Federal Penal Service Board of Russia in Murmansk region)
In the article the Norwegian experience of
penitentiary social work in the sphere of makingready
convicted for discharge is shown. Also the
author has analyzed the program “Life abilities”
that is the result of cooperation between the North
department of prisons and probation of the Ministry
of Justice and police of Norway and Federal Penal
Service Board of Russia in Murmansk region.
