About the development of socially-legal protection of criminal penal system’s personnel with the help of special inner investigation of cases on committed office violations

The article is devoted to the problems of sociallylegal
protection of criminal penal system’s personnel
in the sphere of new tendency in penitentiary social
work – social work with personnel. The author
has analyzed the problems of personnel policy
in penitentiary institutions. Also the innovative
form of their solution – the creation of disciplinary
committee of Appeals (it’s rights and general
technology of work) has been suggested and proved
in the article.
