Franchaising at regional educational market

In this paper we consider with the interaction between institutions of higher education regarding of civilized formation of science and educational technology market. Here it is proposed an order of the organization of mutually beneficial joint activities with the use of franchising on the example of specialists’ training in the course of «Innovation Management». The perspective aspects of the interaction are considered and the short characteristic of arising risks is given.
