The article presents the process of structuring the phenomenon “personal selfdevelopment”; offers its definition, and shows the age-related approach to the realization of different tasks of self-development. Some methodological techniques are given to pedagogues accomplishing scientific research, among them “The model of personal selfdevelopment” and “The self-development pattern”.
