To the question about the content and types of public crime danger
The article analyzes the content of the category «social danger of the crime.» Based on the analysis of the concept, including the analysis of different points of view, the author reflects his own view on the types of public danger. The author reviews and compares different forms of social danger, as well as those of its species as common, case law, and other special.
