To the question about consequences of violation of public order by the convicts of parole

The article is devoted to studying of consequences of violation of a public order by the convicts of parole, the order of an appeal to the court of supervisory authority is considered. As a result of the conducted research problems of theoretical and practical character are revealed, offers on their decision are made.
