To the question of improving the incentive institutions applied to persons convicted to punishment without isolation from the society
The article covers issues of development and improvement of incentive institutions applied to persons convicted to punishment without isolation from the society. It is supposed to provide an incentive Institute of grant of parole for persons convicted to corrective labour, and to restraint of liberty and deprivation of the right to hold certain posts or practice certain activities designated as a main types of punishment, provided they have served their least half of the sentence set by the court.
