Promotional Institute of сhanging conditions the detention of convicts (legal regulation and implementation in prison)
The questions of normative legal regulation of promotional institute changes in the
conditions of detention. According to the study proposes some changes to Part 2 of Art. 78
PEC Russian Federation aimed at optimizing the regulatory conditions change sentence
prisoners and their transfer from the correctional facilities in common and strict regime
colony-settlement. It is proposed to integrate the promotion in the form of positively
characterized convicted rights of single outputs outside the prison up to 24 hours on
weekends and public holidays in the list of incentives that apply to convicted persons.
