Anti-corruption personal qualities as goals of education: historical and pedagogical analysis
Fight corruption is one of the priorities of the Russian state policy. The special state significance and multi-aspect nature of the anti-corruption sphere determine the centuries-old scientific interest in it, makes it the subject of study of a number of sciences including philosophy, sociology, psychology, pedagogy, law, etc. The pedagogical aspect of anti-corruption issues is to determine the clear objectives of education, reflecting a clear idea of what personal qualities correspond to the image of anti-corruption personality. Ancient philosophers gave a clear categorization of corruption-significant characteristics highlighting the positive properties of ethical and rationalist levels. Among the first are justice, selflessness, virtue, objectivity, contempt for luxury, moderation, sacrifice, etc. General education and legal enlightenment were considered as intellectual parameters. In psychology and pedagogy anti-corruption properties are considered through the prism of an integral personality. As targets of anti-corruption study they use the terms «anti-corruption orientation «, «anti-corruption stability «, “anti-corruption position”, etc. In our opinion, in relation to pedagogical purposes the most important is integrative personal parameter, characterized by the presence of a certain set of properties, united by functional integrity. The role of such multifunctional personal parameter is the anticorruption position as the most optimal system of personal relations to the existing reality, combining the ideological and behavioral aspects of existence in life circumstances with the corruption context. In domestic practice the goals of anti-corruption education of the younger generation are implemented by means of subject, integrative and institutional approaches to the education prozess. The special relevance of the institutional approach is explained by its focus on creating conditions for young people to get sufficient social and legal experience.
