The legality mode and the rationality principle in the penal sphere and the ways to ensure them
The article deals with the problem of realization of the rationality principle in modern law science in whole and in the penal sphere particularly. The author gives proof of the necessity to work out theoretically the concept of rational enforcement in the penal sphere in the form of imprisonment. It is a condition for efficient reforming of the criminal and executive system of the RF.
