Pretrial cooperation agreement in criminal legal proceedings of the Russian Federation: problems with law enforcement
In this article problems of right application of the Criminal Procedure Code separate provisions of the Russian Federation about the conclusion of the pretrial cooperation agreement are considered by production on criminal case. Procedural possibilities of certain participants of criminal legal proceedings in implementation of the pretrial cooperation agreement are analysed. Need of development of this institute is revealed and proved. Offers on improvement of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation regarding regulations on possibility the conclusion of the pretrial cooperation agreement with the suspect (accused) are made.
