Legal Organizing and Technical Aspects of Application Videoconference Communication in Courts of Arbitration of Russian Federation

Changes in Russian legislation in part of enactment of the Federal Law (27.07.2010 № 228 – FL) «On modifications into the Arbitration Procedural Code of the Russian Federation» created conditions for application videoconferencing technology in the Courts of Arbitration of RF. New technical procedures have formed complexities in their implementations in practice. The article deals with urgent legal issues of videoconference communication application in the Courts of Arbitration, technical and organizational problems of their implementations. Technical requirements for their implementation have been defined by the author. The debatable problem relating to the legal organizing aspect of videoconference communication application has been raised in the article.
