Comparative legal analysis of the principle of compound sentence with correctional influence in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan
The article compares the contents of the principle of compound sentence with correctional influence in the penal legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan, sets of pertinent national legislation related to the implementation of this principle, the model of the Criminal Executive Code of the country participants of the CIS.
