Predictive ability of the penal system employee as a prerequisite for the implementation of advance support pupil
The article describes the requirements for the penal system employee, aimed to
provide advanced support to the pupil. Along with special psychological and pedagogical
knowledge, conceptual thinking and projective skills, he needs to master the essence
and structure of a very complex and insufficiently developed in science general concept
of “prognostic ability”. The scientific novelty of this study is that the analysis of a large
number of philosophical-psychological and pedagogical material allowed generalizing,
explaining and structuring this concept for practitioners in the educational sphere and the
penal system and above all for those who seek to carry out advanced support for a pupil.
