Self-education as a way of professional development of organizer of educational work with convicts
This article reveals the role of self-education as a significant way of professional development of employees of the penal system. Attention is drawn to the essence of selfeducation and professional self-development, there is represented a four-component structure of self-education of the organizer of educational work with convicts.
