Plagiarism in dissertations: current state and trends of the legal regulation
The article is devoted to some topical aspects of copyright infringement for writing and defending of dissertations in Russia, to analysis of the legal consequences of such action and novels of legal regulation, which will come into force from January 1, 2014.
