«Low significance» in the Russian Civil Law
Categorie “insignificance” is actively used in the categorical framework of the civil law and have a special importance for the qualification of the civil and legal events and relations, and for the choice of the civil violation consequences. The correlation of the civil theory “insignificance category” and general theory “low significance category” is of great scientific and practical interest. With this, these issues have never been a separate research subject in the civil legal science. In the article, the theoretical analysis of the civil term is performed; specific proposals are made on this categorie application for civil disputes, and for application improvement in the legislation in force.
