Problems of implementation of article 77.1 of the Penal Code of the Russian Federation

The article describes the main problems of implementation of the provisions of Art. 77.1 Penal Code, in particular there are considered transfer of convicts in the detention center attracted to participate in the investigation or proceeding, especially the realization of their rights, depending on the status of the criminal procedure, as well as the problem of creation conditions for such persons in the detention centers.
