The labor of the convicts in prisons of the Federal Republic of Germany: social-legal aspect
The article is devoted to the problem of usage of the convicts’ labor in the penal institutions of Germany, in particular revealed are controversial provisions on payment and compulsory labor, lack of retirement insurance working convicts.
