Criteria for the behavior evaluation of the convicts in the penal law: issues of systematization
The article analyzes the Russian Penal Code norms in the aspect of evaluation criteria of convicts behavior, there are made proposals for the unification of these criteria, for use of statements in evaluation the convicts behavior, change the rules of criminal law enforcement.
