The moral and legal dilemmas discussing as a means of strengthening the legal re-socialization of juvenile convicts in an educational colony
The author reveals the essence of the concept of «legal re-socialization», describing it as a process, condition and result, presents the method of applying moral and legal dilemmas taking into account characteristics of juvenile offenders, the article summarizes the experience of discussing moral and legal dilemmas as the means of pedagogical influence on the process of legal re-socialization of juvenile convicts.
