Differentiation of punishment for crimes in the field of migration
The article deals with the problem of punishment for crimes in the sphere of migration. The author draws attention to the trend of tightening punishments, severity of sanctions: they are all without exception include deprivation of liberty; also notes the lack of differentiation of criminal responsibility and punishment for crimes in the sphere of migration.
