Essential characteristics of the anti-corruption outlook of the university cadets in the Federal Penal Service
Formation of the anti-corruption orientation of the employee in the Federal Penal Service should begin at the university in the process of professional training. the article emphasizes that the study of the problem the formation of the anti-corruption outlook of the specialists in the penal system lies in the search for optimal ways of forming value relations to the service in the circumstances of existing social risks. at the same time the indicators of the state of the anti-corruption outlook are presented in the form of interacting components that ensure the trainees’ ability to self-determination on the basis of legal knowledge, evaluative attitudes to law and law enforcement practice, legal attitudes and value orientations.
the author analyzes knowledge and ideas about the corruption of cadets of the departmental institution of the Federal Penal Service of russia in correlation with their subjective perception of the current system of anti-corruption education; the results of diagnostics of the state of the anti-corruption outlook of students as one of the components of the phenomenon of anticorruption sense of justice, containing the cognitive, evaluative, and behavioral-behavioral components are presented.
It is confirmed that the dynamics of the development of the essential characteristics of each of the components under consideration makes it possible to determine the level of formation of the anti-corruption outlook of the students and to track the further development of the phenomenon under consideration, and ways and technologies for the formation of pedagogical conditions for the formation of the anti-corruption position of cadets at the Federal Penal Service of russia are being outlined.
