Use of project technologies in training cadets
the purpose of the work is to consider the use of project technologies in the training of cadets, the subject - project technology as an interactive method of teaching. the article highlights the relevance of the use of interactive teaching methods in higher education, including in the departmental educational organizations of the Federal Penal Service, it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of using project training, and outlines the main characteristics of the project technology. In the work the description of classifications of projects and methods of teaching the project activity is presented, the stages of the project technology are revealed. the main result of the study is the development of criteria for evaluating the project, which makes it possible to determine the level of the formation of the necessary professional competencies of cadets trained in training 38.03.03 Personnel management when teaching the discipline «Motivation and stimulation of work activity». the presented experience can be used by high school teachers when working with trainees, based on the application of project technology as an interactive teaching method.
