Interaction of the Russian Federal Penitentiary Service and Ministry of Internal affairs of Russia in international search of persons escaped from a correctional facility
This article discusses some issues of interaction of the Russian Federal Penitentiary Service and the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the implementation of the international investigation of persons who have escaped from prison. On the basis of the provisions of the international regulations and norms of the Russian legislation the analysis procedure offers individuals in the international search and organization of interaction of Interpol and the Russian Federal Penitentiary Service, as well as the existing problems in this matter; propose measures to improve the mechanism of cooperation between law enforcement agencies in the implementation of the international investigation of perpetrators escape from prison.
