Deprivation of liberty in the modern Russian and Norwegian criminal law
In the article there are given the questions about the issues of improving the procedure and conditions of serving imprisonment in Russia in light of the concept of the development of the penal system in Russian Federation until 2020 and serving a prison sentence in modern Norway.
