On the practical importance of the situational approach in investigation of the disorganization of institutions providing isolation from society
The article deals with the procedural possibilities of bodies authorized to carry out urgent investigative actions in cases of actions disrupting the activities of a correctional institution and the algorithm of actions to respond to reports of such crimes. Feature of the article is that the author considers the process of organizing the initial stages in terms of the situational approach. The author concludes that the need to create common criteria forming the investigative situation with regard to the factors that influence on the investigation process in the correctional institution.
