The procedural aspects of security rights and legitimate interests of convicts during investigation of crimes in the penal system institutions
In this paper the author studies the concept of personal security in criminal proceedings
and the security system for the participants of criminal proceedings. The security measures
for prisoners during the investigation of crimes in the penal system institutions are also
studied. The author defines the conception of “the security of the rights and legitimate
interests of convicts” during penal crimes investigation.
