Professional rules and the consequences of their violation: types and correlations

The article deals with the certain aspects of the criminal justice evaluation and
construction of crimes, connected with the violation of professional rules. The classifications
of professional rules and the consequences of their violations are presented. The author
establishes links and correlations between the rules and violations and, for reasons given,
determines the social orientation of the crimes connected with the violation of professional
rules.
