About the new reform of criminal and criminal procedure legislation in Switzerland
The article is devoted to the urgent issues of the present-day criminal policy of Switzerland. Some basic regulations of the reform in the field of criminal legislature in 2007 and the reform of criminal procedure legislature in 2011 are pointed out. The authors pay special attention to the problems of the criminal law and criminal procedure law with regard to juveniles.
