Some ways to solve the problem of social adaptation of discharged from imprisonment

In the article the problems of social adaptation of discharged from imprisonment and also the ways of their solution as criminal penal system`s reforming development progresses are analyzed. Great attention is paid to the problems of convicts` job placement upon release. The author formulates some suggestions concerning the perfection of legislation and its practice in the sphere of ensuring discharged from imprisonment with social adaptation taking into account foreign and domestic experience.
