The subject and limits of the operative detective activity’s legal regulations in the penal system
The attempt to define the subject and limits of the operative detective activity’s departmental legal regulations in the penal system is made. A number of problems in everyday practical activity of the operative detachments’ employees in the institutions and organs of the penal system on the basis of legislation are revealed and the ways to solve these problems are also proposed.
