About legislative regulation of reasons for initiation of criminal cases on crimes committed in prisons
In the article the problems, arising in the PRISON personnel at the stage of excitation of
criminal case when receiving, verifying and making a legitimate decision for each message
about committed or prepared crime. The decision these problems author see it legal
regulation of reasons for initiation of criminal proceedings.
