The topicality of the problem of the process of studying of criminality and personality deformation in the places of imprisonment manifested by convicted minors is obvious. Of particular interest in this article is the level-and-criteria-based estimation of deviant behavior. The prevention of deviat behaviour is suggested to be started with subcultural prevention.
