Some principles of the State Law Enforcement Service
The article is devoted to the social and legal characteristic and classification of principles of the state law enforcement service. The author maintains the idea that the multilevel system of principles of the state law enforcement service is determined by the complex and multilateral nature of the state control in law enforcement sphere. From the author’s point of view the principles of the state law enforcement service are divided into the three main groups: general-system principles that consolidate the constitutional and legal foundations of the state law enforcement service; the principles that determine institutional features of the state law enforcement service and the principles that define inter- organizational activity in the field of law enforcement personnel policy.
