Kolodniky (arrested persons) of the Apostolic Synod: the legal status and legal implementation
The issues of status legal implementation of the arrested persons of the Apostolic Synod are considered in the article. They were a special category of arrested people of the priesthood authority being in custody during preliminary and duplicative investigation. There is no information about this category of convicts in the legal and historic literature, so this field is of a scientific interest. The historical and legal renewal is based on some archive information and papers of the Synod of 18 century.
