Legal validity of the recommendations of international organizations in the field of criminal justice

The article discusses the significance and legal status of the recommendations of international organizations in the field of justice in terms of international and Russian law. It analyzes the constitutional and legal regulation of the place and the status of international law and relevant treaties, the constitutional provision incorporating them into the national legal system, and the importance and effect of the case law of the European Court of Human Rights.
