Anti-corruption policy and legislation of the Republic of Belarus
The article researches the concept and essence of the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Belarus, as well as the content of the normative legal acts regulating this area. The authors reveal the main directions of anti-corruption activities, the priority areas of its legal regulation, indicate specialized entities of its implementation. This article contains some criminological characteristics of crime of corruption in the Republic of Belarus for the last five years.
