Disorganization of institutions work providing isolation from a society (doctrinal interpretation)
The article gives the doctrinal interpretation of Art. 321 of the Criminal Code, and states that criminal responsibility for the crime under article should occur from 14 years as for prisoners of this age who are in prison, as well as the for accused in custody, is the illegality and penalty of disorganization of institutions work providing isolation from society, obviously known and understood.
