The main directions of studying the psychology of the convicts sense of justice in contemporary foreign studies
The main directions of modern foreign research in the field of studying the psychology of the convicts sense of justice are presented in the article. It is stated that the attention of scientists is drawn to issues related to the consideration of the role of sense of justise in criminal behavior, the study of the attitude of convicts to punishment, the identification of factors that facilitate and prevent the repeated commission of crimes by former convicts.
