Registration of sex offenders in the USA
The article provides an analysis of the system of registration of sex offenders in the United States of America in terms of the content and the legal restrictions of this system that it imposes. The analysis was carried out with the purpose of revealing the need to implement such a system for recording criminals in the Russian Federation.
