Organizational and tactical principles of execution the imprisonment of convicted persons with socially significant diseases

In the scientific article are considered the peculiarities of organization and tactics of executionof criminal punishment in formof imprisonment of convictedpersonswithsocially significant diseases. there are proposed algorithms provide advice to the employee of the penal service by the person having special knowledge in the field of medicine and psychiatry. the problems of ensuring the security of employees of institutions of the penal system while work with prisoners sentenced to imprisonment having socially significant diseases are considered. there is studied and revealed the order of interaction of representatives of the penal system with the health care organizations in the field of health care of convicted persons with socially significant diseases, as well as interaction associated with the implementation of other rights and obligations of these categories  of prisoners. there are expounded the organizational and tactical aspects in the field of surveillance of convicts, identifying and analyzes their complaints, are proposed practical recommendations on the organization and tactics of work and communication with them. the main objective of the study, the results of which are outlined in this article is the establishment of a systematic science-based regulations associated with the aspects of the methodological support of the execution of punishment against those with socially significant diseases.
